ATEC Co., Ltd. is a company that specializes in ODM/OEM of cosmetic products and producing packing materials for daily supplies.

Established in 1976, ATEC has been manufacturing cosmetic products for skin care, makeup, hair, body and special makeup. It has accumulated know-how on vitamin products and is capable of formulating excellent cosmetic products. With ceaseless research and development and continuous investment, ATEC has been responding quickly to the demand of domestic and overseas markets. It is putting in efforts for growth into a global firm.

ATEC is equipped with the largest production facilities in Korea to produce laminated tubes for daily supplies. It has been producing toothpaste tubes which we frequently encounter in our daily lives and it has been working hard to enter various fields, including developing pharmaceutical tubes.

Additionally, ATEC has been challenging itself to developing biodegradable containers as well as focusing on R&D of environment-friendly materials based on the existing production of food, beverage and cosmetic containers.

Taking into consideration of special materials and processes required for extrusion, PET and printing, ATEC has a separate corporate body in Sejong.

2021   Won the Minister of SMEs and Startups Award for innovation-driven growth

2020   Certified for functional cosmetic products (tonic and treatment) that alleviate hair loss

2020   Won the KINPEX excellence award (composition for sensitive skin and manufacturing method) 

2019   Installed additional facilities for PET heavy blow at Sejong Manufacturing Plant (Aoki 2 units)

           Certified functional shampoo to alleviate hair loss

2018   Obtained CGMP certification from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety;

           Introduced automatic lipstick chargers (marble/swirl)

2017   Additional 110mm in-mold at Sejong Manufacturing Plant

2016   Certified ISO22716 on cosmetics GMP; awarded the Prime Minister’s Award for Single PPM 
           (Small and Medium Business Technology Innovation Show)

2015   Installed 2 lines for laminated tube production (No. 8 & 9); 
           installed additional manufacturing facilities for cosmetic products (2 tons)

2011   Established an annex cosmetic research center

1998   Changed the company name to ATEC Co., Ltd. and started manufacturing the entire cosmetic line 
           (for skin care, makeup, perfume, etc.)

1990   Introduced an extruder from Italy; constructed Line Auto System prior to detergent container production

1979   Completed and relocated the manufacturing plant in the 2nd Industrial Complex, 
           Daejeon (site: 6,610m², building area: 1,840m²)

1976   Founded Sungwoo Industry in Sindorim-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul
